Brand Ambassador Training 2024

The German-Baltic Future Foundation is excited to announce an open call for participants from Germany and the Baltic States for the Brand Ambassador Training of DBJW 2024. The six-step training is scheduled to take place in Potsdam, Germany on 21-24.11.2024.

BA Training is a four-day training whose activities will deepen understanding of the German-Baltic Future Foundation and prepare the participants for their role as Brand Ambassadors by means of lectures, interactive sessions, and workshops.

The purpose of the non-formal education activities is the development of the metabolic system for the external representation of DBJW, bearing in mind individual preparation and personal context of each participant. The tangible targets for participants are:

• Deepen the personal understanding of DBJW, its vision and mission.

• Strengthen the individual and group knowledge about marketing, including relationship maintenance, learn how to foster communication between different actors of the youth work, and see how you can inspire young people to create an effective international network between the Baltic States and Germany.

• Consolidate discourse and communication between the future Brand Ambassadors and the internal network of German-Baltic Future Foundation.

  
  

Practical information:

Participants: We are seeking high school and university students between 16 and 25 years old, residing either in the Baltic States and Germany. We welcome applications that reflect diversity in all its forms and we strongly encourage application from those who belong to ethnic and sexual minorities.

Language: The primary language of this activity will be English; therefore, at least B2 level proficiency in English is required. Any knowledge of German is appreciated.

Costs: Your participation costs for the event – including lodging (accomodation in dormitory rooms at JH Potsdam) and meals (with vegan and vegetarian options available) – will be fully covered by the German-Baltic Future Foundation. Additionally, full travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a specific amount, based on the actual travel costs from your place of residence to Potsdam, Germany. Participants are encouraged to choose the most economical and environmentally friendly travel options, considering factors such as price, travel time, and CO2 and CH4 emissions.

The FINAL deadline for participants is October 27, 2024, 23:59 CET. Applications submitted after this time will not be considered.

You will be informed about the selection results on November 1, 2024. You will need to respond to the acceptance email and submit your chosen travel route before purchasing tickets, all within 48 hours, so during this period, please check your inbox regularly!
